* Preheat oven to 350F
* Season steaks with salt and pepper on each sides
* Mix all remaining seasonings in flour. Reserve 1/4 cup for gravy.
* Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
* Dredge cube steaks in the seasoned flour and brown on each side--about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove to a 13x9 baking dish.
* To the same pan, add the butter and let it melt. Whisk in the reserved flour until smooth. Cook the flour and butter cook for 2 minutes or so to ensure the flour cooks through.
* Whisk in the beef broth and stir until it begins to thicken.
* Add beef bouillon and mix.
* Pour the gravy over the steaks. Then add layer of sliced onions on top.
* Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
